Calm spirits are botanical Gin and Vodka infusions designed to soothe and uplift. Crafted on-site by our master distiller Cam, our unique vapour infusion technique guarantees light, dancing florals and a lingering smooth finish.

Our original calm spirit is a celebration of the classic Australian flavour of sweet, citric lemon myrtle and the delicate soothing bouquet of lavender. The aromatic, floral profile creates a deliciously drinkable spirit with the gentle spice of coriander seed brightening the finish. A surprising fresh floral take on classic gin, which can be enjoyed alone or to enhance cocktails.

Juniper berries and dried orange peel create a fresh, well-rounded structure, with peppercorn and coriander seed adding a vibrant, bouncy complexity.
